Badge count does not change when action completed

The badge count only seems to show actions for the day, whether they have been completed or not.

Personally I would like this number to reduce as I complete actions – and show only overdue/due incomplete actions.

Otherwise I tend to have a bit of a panic around 4pm when I see the figure 8 on the badge! (I panic easily)
