Bug with changing task due date

Hi, I’ve purchased Nozbe and have been very happy with it for 2 weeks now, it has made a huge improvement in the way I organize my work.

Scenario describing the problem:

  1. I create a task in a project i’m sharing with somebody else.
  2. I set the due date on that task by dragging it on the respective day in the calendar to the right – let’s say September the 7th.
  3. All fine ‘till now, both me and my colleague who i’m sharing the project with see the same date: September the 7th. But problems lurk ahead.
  4. I go back to the same task later, and I adjust the due date by dragging the to a different date, let’s say September the 10th.
  5. Now things go out of whack: when i look at the task i see the due date as being September the 10th, while my colleague who i’m sharing the project with still sees it as September the 7th.

Thing we’ve tried:

  • refreshing the pages
  • clearing the cache
  • logging out and logging back in

Our setup:

  • we both have our accounts linked with our Google Apps calendars.
  • we both have our accounts linked to our respective Evernote Accounts.
  • both accouns are created on the same subscription (family)

What we suspect:

  • there is a problem syncing the calendar data from our accounts
  • the problem may be related to me dragging and dropping to set the due date instead of using the drop-down menu, but we were unable to confirm this so far.

Please let me know if i can provide any more info to help.

This is a really nasty bug, a deal breaker for me to be honest. I’m sure you understand the importantce of having a trusted system to organize one’s stuff. And I cannot trust a system that cannot keep track of simple dates.

Thanks and I hope we can get to the bottom of this.

Ovi
