Android App Development Timeline

Could someone within the company please give a conservative timeline for the release of the Android App. I have read many other posts related to this, but an authoritative updated answer would be nice. Personally, I would rather see a well programmed App than a hastily programmed App, so this post should not be read as an attempt to rush development, but just an inquiry for a conservative estimate about how long before the finished App is released. Thanks.
