No sync from Iphone to online.

I just signed up for nozbe online to use in conjunction with the iphone app. I made some changes on the app and that synced fine to online. However, I made some changes to projects and contexts online and those changes will not sync with my iphone. I have the free trial offer and I’m using OS version 3.1.3 on an 3G. Please help.
