The idea is to give a “weight” to actions so they at least there is a basic ordering done automaticaly.
An idea of the weight I’ll use is (based on a 0-5 weight with 0 light and 5 is heavy)
0 – To be done ASAP (the CEO ask for it)
1 – Better done this week ( the boss ask for it)
2 – Standard (Collegue)
3 – Things I want to procastinate until I can use the above actions as an excuse :P
4 – most of my “Waiting for” and “Agenda” stuff
5 – Someday/maybe stuff. Can wait until next weekly review to eventually get an upgrade.
I think that the algorithm used to send done action to the bottom might be used.
