Frames/Sections/Call them what you want...

I did a search of the forum as I thought someone had brought up this idea in the past but to no avail I could not find the topic. If I am poaching someone else’s idea it is not intentional. It would be great if the Left Pane, Center Pane and Right Pane would scroll independent of the other two. The automatic scroll feature is nice when selecting a project but it would be very handy to be able to scroll to the bottom of a long project list, select a project and the center pane refresh.
