Fluid.app lets you setup Site Specific Browser windows (SSBs) that act like stand alone applications, but are dedicated to a single website. You might find it works for Gmail (or whatever), Nozbe, your bank’s site, etc.; I’ve found it works for sites that I’m constantly using, as it’s quicker to cmd-tab over to new applications than keyboarding through open tabs in a browser.
ANYWAY, if you create a Fluid.app SSB for Nozbe (http://nozbe.com) it works great…but that’s not the tip.
Create one for http://www.inozbe.com and call it “iNozbe” or something similar to distinguish it from the main site. Once it’s created, open the new application’s menu and select “Convert to MenuExtra SSB”. The result is a new icon up in your system tray that gives you very quick access to the iPhone version of the nozbe website.
It’s perfect for quickly picking through your lists. I don’t use it to add items necessarily, but it’s a great way to fly through updates while I’m working.
Cheers.
