Getting Collaboration Done - Comments, Delegation and more...

We’ve just recently launched a new Android client for Nozbe and in a few days you’ll see our updated iPhone and iPad apps… and in the meantime we were focused on more collaboration features for Nozbe and we started off with the most obvious ones, already present in our iPad app:

1) Unread comments – look who’s talking?

If you manage many projects with many people it’s hard to keep track of all the conversations going on in all these. Now it’s a lot easier with a new view called Unread Comments.

This link and view shows up under your Next Actions and Inbox only if there are any new comments you haven’t read in projects you’re sharing with other folks. You can quickly glance at these, respond or ignore comments and once read, the actions disappear from this view. Processing comments to zero has never been easier.

2) Delegated Actions – get things done together!

When you get things done with your team – it’s hard to keep track who’s working on what and how the team members are doing. Not anymore:

This view which shows up under “My Team” tab is really powerful. You can view who’s doing what and (3) quickly change delegations with drag-and-drop or (2) reorder actions within one person to make sure they know their priorities.

Important: only available in Family/Team/Business Nozbe plans, so make sure to convince your friends and co-workers to use Nozbe together (and let your boss about it!)

3) Reordering actions in Calendar

This feature request was very important to those who live in their Nozbe Calendar view. Now you can easily reorder action not only by dragging them to a different date but also by reordering them within one day to make sure you know your priorities:
