New Forum steps to improve customer support

Over the last month we haven’t shipped many new features as we wanted to focus on getting some Nozbe basics even better and make the interface even easier to use. You’ll see lots of these new enhancements as we’ll be rolling them out in the following days.

Forum posting

We wanted to make sure we serve you even better by making Nozbe Forum more accessible and by making sure you get good support on the forums as well. Now, when you post something to the forum, you’ll have three options to choose from:

1. You’ll be able to send the post to the forum (duh!)

2. You’ll be able to send the post as a an email to our customer support to receive a quick reply within just a few hours.

3. You’ll be able to see some relevant posts on our new Nozbe help page and find your answer quickly.

Also, if one of our support staff finds a post on the forum that is account-specific, they’ll simply “convert it to a support question” and answer you right away.

We’ve also reduced the amount of forums to just two: feedback and productivity tips.

These are small details but we’ve introduced them a couple of weeks ago and they’ve already proved to be working fantastic to improve our customer support. Everything that helps you get your answers quicker is good for us and with the new team we’ve just introduced we’ll try to be at your service 24 hours a day with questions answered quicker than ever.

If you have any other suggestions how we can make our customer support better, please do let us know in the comments. Delfina and the new team are working hard to make sure you’re happy and productive.

Now do stay tuned as in just a few days we’ll announce some great features that are coming to Nozbe… we’re just getting started!

Ok, response within 5 mins and Delfina resolved my issue! Must say Im very pleased with that sort of support! :)

I see at least one change to Nozbe, the interface for editing a task has changed a little. What else has changed?
