As you might have heard, I’m going with Nozbe to San Francisco for the GTD Summit and I’ve been personally invited by David Allen to participate as a panelist in this event. Nozbe is is also one of the sponsors/exhibitors.

We have one conference pass to give away as a prize, do you want one?

So here goes – you can get a FREE conference pass for the entire GTD Summit, but you have to act until Mar 9 Monday, 6 PM Eastern Time (NY) or 3 PM Pacific Time (SF)

That’s it. 48 hours and the clock is ticking, let’s hear your comments! if you want to win the prize.

Nozbe is the best hard tech solution that I have found to implement the GTD system. I have tried many of the so-called online GTD solutions including Toodledo and Vitalist, and absoulutely noting comes close to Nozbe. It’s the best by far. Thank you for bringing this to the marketplace.

At work, I am a manager of project managers, so I need to keep track of dozens of projects on my desk and on my team’s desks all of the time. At home, 4 children, remodeling, and of course my wife’s “honey do” list keep me busy too. I am a big believer in the “Getting Things Done” method, and have been putting it to work for me for the last 5 years with varying degrees of success. The problem has always been having a simple and versatile system that I can use everywhere easily. I’ve tried everything – from paper and books to hand-held devices to web sites – spending several thousand dollars along the way – and found that only Nozbe gives me everything I need, when I need it, in the way that I need it.

I keep everything from shopping lists to huge client deals in one place and between the website, the mobile web and new iPhone app, my list is always at my fingertips. Nozbe lets me enter and sort tasks however I need, and as a result I check my Nozbe 50 times a day (or more) to get all of the important things done and to fit smaller tasks into those little down times during the day too. In addition, Nozbe gives me a place to scroll through all of my projects at one time, so that in my rare quiet moments I can look forward and figure out the next thing to do to keep moving forward.

How has Nozbe changed my life? Last year I found the free Nozbe and tried it as we adopted a child, to keep track of the hundreds of little details that go along with that process. I liked it so much that I bought the paid version and so thanks to Nozbe this past Christmas I managed 28 projects at work, built a new bedroom at home, brought a new client collaboration system online, remodeled my personal blog, shopped for presents and planned an after-Christmas party … all with relatively low stress. It sounds cliche to say that a tool has improved my life, but Nozbe has certainly done that.

After trying a LOT of different programs for my implementation of GTD I found “home” using Nozbe. Together with the Iphone App i just rules.
