This has been an exciting week. After all the pre-launch preparation Nozbe has been finally, officially launched! No more beta. It’s time to start something new.
Nozbe – as you know – is a web-based productivity tool designed to help you get things done.
Nozbe – the name – consists of two parts: NOZ + BE … which originally meant:
NOZBE = Be NOZ = Be Naturally OrganiZed
but recently, upon re-designing Nozbe’s web site and Nozbe Tour, I’ve found a second, and in my opinion better meaning. To Be NOZ means to be productive thanks to the three fundaments of your Getting Things Done path:
N = Next Action
O = Organize and Process
Z = Zero Problems
Let’s get to that into details:

Clear your head, put your stuff into Nozbe and focus on what’s next.

Clear your head
Add your tasks and notes to Nozbe quicker than you would do it on paper. You can add one or many tasks at a time (import tasks from excel or other programs)
Group tasks in Projects
Organize your tasks and notes into projects, move items between projects and get your stuff structured and ready for processing!

What’s your Next Action?
Focus on your Next action. Don’t think about 10 things at a time. Just "star" any task as your Next action and process your next actions from all your projects in one list.
Step 2 – Organize and Process
Start processing your tasks. Stay organized and focused.

Work in Contexts
Use contexts (Home, Office, Phone, Internet…) to process your tasks even faster. When you’re in a mood (or context) do all the related tasks now!

Attach Files
Keep all the related data together. Attach files to projects with one simple click to keep all your project-related info together. Everything at a glance!

Use Paper when Offline
Nozbe for Paper™ – a unique way of printing your projects, contexts and next actions lists into three ultra-portable formats: Wallet, Pocket and A4 sheet.
Step 3 – Zero Problems
You are learning to be more productive every day. Life is great.

Share and Delegate
Don’t do everything yourself. Work in teams. Collaborate. It’s so easy in Nozbe. Just share your projects with others and work on stuff together.

Don’t waste time. Reorder with drag-and-drop, quick editing and adding… Newest web2.0 technologies make the whole experience smoother.
