Nozbe feature: SHARE your projects with friends and family!

In my opinion this is one of the most powerful features of Nozbe.

You can now share your Nozbe Projects with anyone you want, just add them to your project and they will be able collaborate with you using Nozbe’s easy-to-use interface.

There are no limits. You can share your projects with as many people as you’d like. Even free accounts can share their projects with other Nozbe users.

Just watch this short (3:30 min.) video in order to understand how sharing in Nozbe works:

Why would you want to share your projects with others?

- to spread the word about GTD (Getting Things Done)

- to collaborate on stuff with your co-workers

- to share opinions about things you’re working on

- to exchange ideas

- to anything you’d like… the sky is the limit!

Inviting a person to share a project is very simple – just write their email address and they will be instantly recognized if they have a Nozbe account… and if they don’t, they will be asked to sign up for a free account.

As always, you’re most welcome sign up for a free Nozbe account and check this feature for yourself and post opinions on our Nozbe Forum.

Is there a way of automatically being notified (by text message or e-mail) when one of my colleagues has COMPLETED a task I assigned to her(in a shared project)?
