I have to admit it. Although we’ve invested lots of time in creating good Tour page with a handful of videos and before the launch of Nozbe 2.0 we had a great Nozbe 10-step video course and our Blog archives are full of great content… we never had one good documentation page with answers to the most basic user questions. It’s time to make this right.

Delfina, our friendly Customer Happiness Officer (that’s her official job title here) was working weeks to make this a great resource for you.
She hasn’t ported all the questions you folks ask her in your support emails but we’ll be gradually adding new questions and new answers.
One more thing – to access Help Page from your Nozbe account, just click on the ? icon on the right hand side:

We based the help page around the same concepts as the Nozbe Tour page. Hope you like it… and hope it’s helpful :-)
