NOZBE.MOBI - getting things done on the move with your mobile phone!

If you want to get things done, you should be able to review your "next actions", "projects" and "contexts" everywhere you are.

Nozbe has already implemented the cool way of printing, Hipster PDA style, where you can print your actions into Wallet-size and Pocket-size formats.

Now it’s time to go one step more.

Introducing NOZBE.MOBI – your actions on your mobile phone.

You can now easily log in to your Nozbe account with your mobile phone and you’ll be able to:

  • view your actions in "next actions" list
  • view your actions per "project" or per "context"
  • view notes in your projects
  • mark actions as "completed"
  • add new actions
  • add new notes
  • add new projects

So basically you’ll be able to do most of the necessary things when on the move.

Just type:

nozbe.mobi    or     m.nozbe.com

on your mobile phone and you’re ready to go.

Hope you like this new feature. As always, I’m waiting for your feedback on our Nozbe Forums and if you don’t have a Nozbe account yet… and want to learn how to get more done, sign up for a free account today!

Some final notes regarding Nozbe.mobi:

  • this is the initial version of nozbe.mobi – I’m waiting for your feedback to see how it performs on various mobile phones and to make adjustments if necessary
  • nozbe.mobi has been tested on two totally different devices:
    • Samsung Mobile phone X660 with WAP 2.0
    • Nokia Communicator 9500 with Opera browser built in.
On both working with Nozbe.mobi was great – quick and responsive.
  • Since I ran into some problems with AT sign on Samsung, so I decided to enable logging in to Nozbe with email address written with "*" (star) as an alternative.
So you can write your email address as:

    Both will work.
  • You are responsible for your mobile Internet plan/charges. If you’re unsure how much you’re paying for the Internet access on your mobile phone, ask your mobile operator.

Enjoy!

I want to use your Nozbe GTD program. But it has to be mobile since I travel constantly. I know that you have a way to download to an iPhone. I have an HP iPAQ PDA. I am currently using GTD w/Microsoft Outlook and it syncs to my iPAQ. Can I do the same with you program? If yes, how? Thanks,

:-)

The iPhone version is web-only as well. We’re currently working on a local versions for the users to be able to download the apps to the devices, but we don’t have a launch date yet.

Are there news on the offline version of Nozbe for PocketPC?

I have a cheap Virgin Mobile phone and it worked! I used nozbe.mobi and my nickname to sign on. I don’t particularly like texting but want you to know that it does work! This just might be reason enough for me to get a nicer phone.
