Nozbe Tip: quick Next Actions (new!)

Nozbe is maturing and we are not only preparing new exciting features but we are also tweaking current ones to make your Nozbe experience even smoother.

One of our recent enhancements was the "Add Action" button visible on every Nozbe page.

Our users love it, we love it… it just gives you a possibilitiy to add an action anytime to Nozbe, doesn’t matter on which page of Nozbe you are currently.

Good thing can get better, so today we have improved this feature even more. Here’s how it looks like now (the small change has been marked with blue):

The small change of adding a "Next Action?" check box before the "Add" button may be a tiny one, but actually it’s a great improvement.

Let me explain.

Initially you could only mark an action with a star to add it to your next actions list and when we first designed the "add action" dialog, we followed the same logic.

However sometimes you just need to add an action to Next actions NOW:

- when your boss calls you and tells you to do something now

- when you’ve forgotten about something due for today and want to add it directly

- etc… (you get the picture)

Before you’d have to add an action and then go to its context or project to mark it as "next action". Now all you have to do is to click on the check box to "check" it as next action.

Faster. Easier. Better.
