My inboxes:
1. My Nozbe Inbox project
2. A note file titled ‘Inbox’ on my mobile phone
3. The Follow Up folder in my Lotus Notes e-mail client
4. My two offices (in two different cities), each with their inbox tray
5. The backseat of my car! (I actually loathe it but I drive a lot—two offices in different cities probably gave that away)

Too many? Well, I think as long as you have a checklist of your inboxes during processing or your weekly review (to make sure you don’t miss any inbox), then it shouldn’t be much of a problem.
