Here’s the next episode of the 2-Minute Productivity show. This time I’m sharing my tips and tricks that help me read lots of magazines quickly and efficiently.
Enjoy!
And remember – you can still get the T-shirt I’m wearing in the special promotion we’re running – details here
I’d like to apologize everyone for today’s Nozbe login problems. For a couple of hours many folks couldn’t log in to their Nozbe account and some couldn’t use Nozbe at all.
Apparently there was a problem with our SSL (secure server) configuration, which under certain circumstances just stopped displaying the page
Although we spotted the problem very quickly, our engineers had hard time finding the right configuration to make sure something like this wouldn’t happen again.
We’ve found a fix and everything is working properly now… and the server is configured perfectly. Of course your user data has been been safe as always.
I’m really sorry we didn’t communicate this with you. I’ve received many emails asking what is wrong and expressing concerns about Nozbe being down.
We are really crazy about Nozbe uptime and we’re making sure Nozbe runs smoothly every day
...and we’ve been so proud Nozbe has been running without any hiccup for so much time, we even didn’t prepare any channel for communication with our users in case of emergency to let you know that:
You response to last episode of the 2-Minute Productivity Show and my call for T-shirts has been great so I decided to try something new:
I’m going to give away free Nozbe T-shirts…
...to anyone who upgrades to a 2-yearly Nozbe payment plan until Wednesday, 27 August!

Just go to the Nozbe Signup page and upgrade today.
What about the shipping costs?
If you order a 2-yearly plan until Wednesday, we’ll send you the T-shirt at our expense. We’ll cover the T-shirt cost and the shipping cost. All we’ll need from you would be your desired T-shirt size and your shipping address.
Sizes available: S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL
(since we’re shipping the T-shirts from Europe, please allow 2-4 weeks until the T-shirt finally reaches your home. We’ll be preparing the shipment of T-shirts in batches, so the faster you order, the quicker you’ll get your T-shirt)
To get your T-shirt as quickly as possible, act today
My crazy T-shirt Guarantee
If you decide to upgrade to a 2-year Nozbe plan – you get a T-shirt and a 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you don’t decide to keep Nozbe, we’ll part as friends, you’ll get all your money back and I’ll let you keep the
T-shirt!
Why am I offering this? Why am I risking so much?
This is how deeply I stand by Nozbe and I’m just sure you’ll love using it. All the risk is on me – you get to keep the T-shirt – I’m so deeply convinced you’ll love Nozbe so much.
This crazy T-shirt offer expires next Wednesday.
So what do you say?

Again, a big shout-out to Merlin Mann for his Inbox Zero course
BTW, if you’re interested in the official Nozbe t-shirt, please let me know in the comments below :-)
This is the fourth installment of the 2-minute productivity show and I’ve decided that after some vacation and time off, it’s time to make it a weekly show – each Wednesday – I’ll try to get it done!
Meanwhile I encourage you to watch this show:
Getting Email Done – A life outside of Email
Big shout-outs to Merlin Mann and Oliver Starr

I’ve received lots of emails from your asking if there is a possibility of moving our great iNozbe to a higher level and offering not just a web-based iPhone app, but also a native iPhone app.
Native iNozbe coming to your iPhone very soon!
That’s right, we’re currently working hard on a native iPhone application for Nozbe and it should be ready very soon. We’re aiming late August/early September.
Here’s a screenshot of the actual app we’re working on (subject to change as we advance in our development):

Highlights of the native iNozbe:
Hope you’re as excited as I am and hope you’re looking forward to it. Make sure to post your feedback/suggestions in the comments below.
As I said, the app is in the early stage of development, but we’re very motivated to pull this off in the shortest time possible. I’ll keep you updated on the developments.
Wow, this small “colorful” feature gave us quite a headache this week but finally we’ve brought back the feature after some thorough testing in all the major Browsers like Internet Explorer 6/7, Mozilla Firefox 2/3, Safari and Opera.
Giving your projects some color
To change or set a color of your project, just “Edit the project”/“Create new project” and you’ll be able to choose a color:

...and then you can see this project on the list in a different color:

Going back to default color
There is a nice trick we’ve introduced if you want to change your project color to your default Nozbe theme: just double-click on the color button and your projects color will revert to the original state.
Other updates
P.S. We’ve also silently introduced a way to change your email address with Nozbe (before that you had to contact support) – just go to your “Settings” page and click to do an “Email Address Change”:

...and you will be emailed with simple instructions on how to do it.
P.P.S. We have some great features coming up very soon, so stay tuned… and they have something to do with (you guessed it!) iPhone
