be able to add a note to any project from any screen

I was in one of the contexts UI – and from their had the idea for anote for another project

why make me leave that screen when i wasnt done – let alone any other screen.

shouldnt we be able to make a note for any project or context from any screen and meerly assign it from their.

it should be fluid and not matter where you are – as not making it be flexible like im asking for makes us change screens and disrupt our thinking proccesses…the whole advantage of smart intelligent internet UI is that they dont do this.
