Thanks to the guys at Macoscope – our proud makers of Nozbe for iPhone and iPad, today I’m spending my day playing with the iPad version of Nozbe and it looks sweet:
It looks like a leather-style notebook with a Nozbe logo engraved in the leather cover… very elegant:

...and not only elegant – the app shines on the iPad!
You can use the app in the portrait and in the landsape mode, just like the built-in Mail app for iPad, and it really helps you focus on getting stuff done, just have a look:
The Macoscope guys did a really good job re-designing the navigation of the app. You move between projects and contexts on the left side of the app and you see your actions, notes and files on the right side of the app (the tabs are at the bottom).
What’s really cool is that unlike on the iPhone app and because of iPad’s great screen estate you don’t have to switch views to see the details of an action item, it pops up in a very elegant way:
Coming to an iPad near you in a little more than a week!
There are still some issues that need to be addressed and bugs that need fixing but we want to take care of that until Friday and we want to submit the app to the Appstore then… and let’s hope for a quick approval from Apple!
Reviews of the iPhone app are pouring in…
We’ve had an amazing reception of our new iPhone app, here are some of the reviews we’ve received:
... and ther is one last thing
Just like with the iPhone app, the new Nozbe iPad app will be introduced at a special introductory price. We agreed with Macoscope we want literally all of our current Nozbe users who have an iPad to give it a try, so the iPad app will be priced at only $4.99 for a limited time.
We believe it’s a very small price to pay for a fully-featured GTD app. Just as with the iPhone app, if you don’t have a Nozbe account yet, you can use it offline with unlimited projects and contexts, but if you do want to sync, you’ll need to have a valid Nozbe subscription (free or paid, depending on your usage).
... and Evernote is coming to both the iPhone and the iPad apps in June
That’s right, more features and full Evernote integration will be introduced in mid-June so stay tuned! It will probably increase the price of both the iPhone and the iPad apps, but it will come as a free update to current Nozbe app users, so watch out for the app and grab it whlie it’s hot and priced this low!
Let’s hope Apple approves this one as fast as possible… I can’t wait… can you?

Really excited for the Ipad app. The screenshots look great! Congrats to Michael and the Macoscope team for a great job.
I’m still hoping for the Android version. Any timeframe?
The Android app is happening this Summer. Can’t give a more precise timeframe yet. I’ll announce more when I can.
Glad you like the iPad app, we can’t wait to get it out the door :-)
Michael, it’s looking gorgeous. I can’t wait to try it out!
I’m a vegetarian, so that is faux leather, right? Just kidding.
Looks great, I just bought the iPhone app in anticipation :-)
Looks great! Looks a little like ToDo.
looks great! now, where’s the webOS app???
Yes Brett, it’s an artificial but feels-like-real leather – very ecological and Greenpeace-friendly :-P
The apps for WebOS, Android and Blackberry are being worked on, but I only want to post the details once I’ve got something tangible to show…
Meanwhile, we submitted the app to the Appstore! Read the details
Do you have a timeframe for the WebOS app? Nozbe is one reason, I feel sad about ditching the iPhone.
Any update on when the iPad app will be available?
When is the app coming, been looking every day
should we give up waiting?
It’s in the app store now!! Love it!
I cant´t wait, too ;-))!! Thanks for a very good job!
