Not able to send via email

Hello – just trying out Nozbe for the first time. I think it’s a great application, so I hope it will work for me.

Question/problem. I’ve set up a nickname and PIN, but can’t send Tasks FROM Gmail into Nozbe. I’m able to easily do a send from the other direction, but not from Gmail. I’ve only seen one other item in the forum on this topic, and it’s still unanswered. Wonder if I’m doing something wrong?
