Next Actions stay in Inbox

Hello,

I am evaluating currently Nozbe. I have a question about the Inbox and link to Next Actions.

When I enter a task and do not link it to a project (because it is only one step and therefore not a project like “Post in Forum for use of inbox”) then the task still appears in the inbox.

In my adoption of GTD that feels strange, because I understood that the goal is to have the inbox empty, when all tasks are reviewed. Allen writes, that touching a task does prohibit to put it back in the inbox.

Do you have advice.

Another questions is, if I can review all tasks in different sortings like: by date, by context, by projects
