New action button should "float" as we scroll

when we procces notes – its best to have the “new action” button at the ready

notes are at the bottom of the page

**The new action button thus should float as we scroll down the screen and allow us to create a new task from anywhere on the screen (top middle bottom)

this would be similiar to the mobile version of gmail if you are familiar to that- where they ahve their actions bar that floats as you scroll.

it would just make processing more efficient.

I believe either this would be helpful

or being able to type a task within the notes feild and have nozbe recognize that “yes, they are in fact typing out a task within this note” upon recogniztion of this – nozbe could then add the task to our list above.

recognition could be similiar to how nozbe expects us to add tasks via email and the process we go through to lable them.
