Sub-Projects

Ability to set subprojects within a project, so that actions can be tied to a subproject directly. As it is now subprojects have to be broken out into separate projects which is overkill. Just want to group actions under subprojects and be able to drag/drop them as a group and be able to distinguish them clearly as a subproject.
