Just upgraded from free but iphone doesn't recognize the upgrade

So now when i try to add a 6th context or a 6th project i get the standard message of 5 limit with free version. I tried to sync and it syncs but it still doesn’t upgrade. I tried to create the 6th project/context online which I can do, but it wont sync to the iphone, another error message about free version. Any fixes or ideas would be appreciated. Thanks, Michael
