I have just started using Nozbe for my project and task management, and of all the different task managers I’ve tried, it’s the closest to what I’m looking for. One thing I would really like to see, though, is automatically promoting the next task in a project to next-action status when I finish a task. It feels clumsy to have to keep manually refreshing my next action list by going back to the project and starring the next thing. I do a lot of my task layout and planning during my weekly review, so I already know what order things need to happen in; why not let the top-most task in each project show up in the next action view?
Also – maybe I’m missing it, but is there a convenient way to see the next action list filtered by context? That’s always been the heart of GTD for me – being able to quickly scan my next action list and see them grouped together contextually.
Thanks,
Glenn Burnside
