One of the new features in the Nozbe 2.0 is the
“Review” view
which serves to help you go through your projects and choose next actions for next week as easily as possible.
Here’s how to access the new “Review” feature:
And once you’re there, you can decide on your next actions, move stuff around and even acess more than three actions from one project:
What’s the idea behind “Review”?
The main problem for myself and as far as I know many GTDers is the habit of weekly review – a habit of setting up an appointment with oneself to go through all the projects we have running and choose next actions, decide on some, delete other ones… etc.
Now with the new view, hopefully we’ll all be more inclined to do the review on a more regular basis and we’ll gain more control over our life.
Hope you like this new addition to Nozbe – let me know in your comments!

I googled Nozbe & Weekly Review. It brought me here. Is there anew or updated process?
Is this going to be re-implemented?
Agree with Ofra.
How to simply use Nozbe 2.0 to do thje weekly review and ensure to miss nothing ?
What happened to this “review mode” since the 2.0 beta? I can’t find it in Nozbe now, and can’t find anything that resembles a weekly review mode.
This is a key feature of the new Nozbe; thanks Michael & crew for helping us address Weekly Reviews in a convenient way.
I love this – I need to review more often and this really helps.
